Programme Structure
1. Initial Training (First 3 Months)
Participants will:
- Learn about Caterpillar products, services, and strategies
- Develop communication and leadership skills

- Visit dealers across international regions
- Gain deep insight into the company’s operations
2. Rotational Assignments (12–24 Months)
Graduates will:

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
