This programme allows learners to gain hands-on experience while training to become qualified Petrol or Diesel Motor Mechanics.

What You Will Do
- Assist with vehicle repairs under supervision
- Learn mechanical and technical workshop processes
- Participate in merSETA trade requirements
- Complete level tests and training modules
- Work towards qualifying as a certified motor mechanic
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Grade 10 with:
- Pure Mathematics / Technical Maths
- Physical Science
- One of the following qualifications:
- N2 qualification (including Motor Theory)
- NCV Level 4 (with Pure Maths)
- For Diesel Apprenticeships:
- N2 must include Diesel Theory
- Valid driver’s license (or willingness to obtain one)
