Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Medically fit to work in the mining environment
- Clear security screening record
- Valid driver’s licence (if applicable)
Advantage:
- Relevant experience in a mining or similar environment
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Complete all modules of the development programme within the required timeframe
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Participate in SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) meetings
- Wear and use prescribed safety equipment
- Identify and report hazardous situations
- Conduct work according to required standards and training
- Compile progress reports and communicate challenges or recommendations
Selection Process
- Pre-screening and psychometric evaluations may be conducted
- Shortlisted candidates will attend panel interviews
- If you do not receive feedback within 14 days, consider your application unsuccessful
