The Sanlam CA Training Programme (TOPP) is a structured training opportunity aligned with the requirements of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
This programme offers aspiring Chartered Accountants the opportunity to gain practical experience, professional exposure, and technical competence required to qualify as a CA(SA).
Over the course of three years, trainees will rotate across different business units within Sanlam, gaining valuable exposure to real-world financial operations and strategic decision-making.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
