The eThekwini Municipal Academy is offering a structured 12-month learnership programme aimed at empowering young people with practical skills in public finance and municipal administration.

Qualification You Will Gain

Public Financial Management and Administration – NQF Level 5

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet all the following criteria:

Academic Requirements

  • Valid Code 8 or Code 10 driver’s licence
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must reside within eThekwini Municipality (proof required)
  • Must not have participated in a similar programme before
