About the Old Mutual Graduate Accelerated Programme 2026
The Old Mutual Graduate Accelerated Programme (GAP) is designed to identify and develop future leaders within the Old Mutual South Africa (OMSA) business.
Graduates will gain practical business exposure through:

- Have completed or be completing Honours or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026
