The programme is funded by ETDP SETA and is designed to help N6 graduates gain the workplace experience required to qualify for their National Diplomas.

Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R4 000.
The stipend is intended to support participants with basic expenses while they gain practical workplace experience.
Over the 18-month duration, participants may receive a total stipend value of approximately R72 000.
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will perform duties assigned by their supervisors and mentors.
Duties may include completing workplace-based learning activities and participating in departmental projects.
Candidates may also perform administrative or technical tasks relevant to their qualification.
