About the Apprenticeship

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have Grade 12, National Senior Certificate, with at least two languages, including English.
Applicants must have Mathematics, either Pure Mathematics or Technical Mathematics.
Applicants must have Science.
Applicants must have a minimum of two additional subjects.
Engineering Graphics and Design or Engineering Drawing will be advantageous.
An Engineering Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering will be beneficial, but it is not required.
Technical Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum N2 qualification with:
Fitting Theory.
Electrical Theory.
Basic knowledge of electronics will be advantageous.
Experience
Any exposure to an engineering or workshop environment will be an advantage.
