Ekurhuleni West TVET College is offering an 18-month Financial Management Trainee opportunity within Student Support Services at its Germiston Campus.
The successful candidate will receive a monthly stipend of:
R4,500.00

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- National Senior Certificate / Matric.
- Financial Management certificates N4-N6.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful trainee will assist with Student Support Services and bursary administration duties including:
- Handing out Department of Education bursary application forms.
- Issuing Schedules of Particulars to applicants.
- Explaining required supporting documents to students.
- Keeping records of students who have applied.
- Tracking submitted applications and supporting documents.
- Following up on returns from SSS-CC or NSFAS.
- Attending bursary meetings.
- Making copies of documents required for bursary administration.
- Processing student transport and accommodation claims for submission.
- Keeping records of transport and accommodation claims.
- Checking that all application fields are completed.
- Checking that all required supporting documents have been submitted.
- Informing students of submission deadlines.

Applicants must complete the New Z83 form effective from 01 January 2021.
The application must be accompanied by:
- Comprehensive CV.
- Three contactable references with email addresses.
- Original certified academic record or transcript.
- Original certified copy of Matric certificate.
- Original certified copies of N4-N6 certificates.
- Original certified copy of ID, both sides.
Certification must not be older than six months.
Applicants who use the old Z83 form may be disqualified.
