Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Be between 18 and 34 years old.
- Be South African citizens by birth.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Belong to a previously disadvantaged group.

What the Learnership Offers

Participants will gain exposure to customer service, administration, client queries and general workplace processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful learners will be expected to complete all theoretical learning and required assessments.
They will also assist with administrative and reporting duties, including compiling and distributing documents within required timeframes.
Learners may attend to client queries, route enquiries to the appropriate stakeholders and assist with resolving customer-service matters.
They will also be expected to maintain appropriate office housekeeping standards.
