Hollard IT Learnership Programme 2026

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be between 18 and 26 years old.
  • Have completed Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Have achieved at least 60% in English.
  • Have passed an additional South African language.
  • Have achieved at least 60% in Mathematics.
  • Have achieved at least 50% in CAT or Physical Science.

What Learners Will Do

Successful candidates will gain exposure to IT environments, digital business operations and technology-enabled business processes.

Participants may assist with basic IT administration and operational tasks while taking part in structured learning activities and workplace projects.

Learners will also gain exposure to systems, applications, data, digital tools and business technologies.
