About the OUTsurance Hastings Direct Learnership
The OUTsurance Hastings Direct Learnership is a structured work-based programme designed to provide unemployed youth with practical workplace experience.
The programme is aimed at candidates who are interested in gaining experience in a call centre environment and want to build a future career in the Financial Services and Insurance industry.
Successful applicants will enter into a fixed-term learnership agreement with the company. This is a learning programme and not a permanent employment contract.
