Applicants must be completing an undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2026.
Applicants must have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing studies.
Applicants must be South African citizens by birth or naturalisation, or permanent residents.
Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
Applicants must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
Applicants must have a minimum of a B-degree qualification at NQF Level 7.

A 3-year National Diploma at NQF Level 6 will only be considered in the following areas:
