Barloworld Equipment: Internships Programme in SA
Barloworld Equipment is inviting candidates for the academic year 2017/2018 to apply for graduate development programme. This is a 24 month journey kicks off with an induction that provides graduates with in-depth insight into the Barloworld way of doing things and how large organisations are structured to work together as a unit. This will enable candidates to gain valuable experience that will put you in good standing should you wish to move into a leadership position in the future.
Placement at the end of the programme will depend on the overall performance, integration with the team and the availability of suitable positions. Graduates will have the opportunity to follow several different career paths within Barloworld Equipment, becoming project managers, operations, site, service or workshop managers, moving into sales or becoming commissioning technicians.
