Broadband Infraco, a leading provider of long-distance national and international optic fibre connectivity infrastructure, based in Radiokop, Johannesburg, is excited to announce a fantastic career opportunity for a Coordinator: Human Resource Development. This 12-month fixed-term position under the SA Connect project offers a chance to make a significant impact within the Human Resources field.
Job Summary:
The Coordinator: Human Resource Development will work closely with the Manager of Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Learning. This role is pivotal for supporting various HR development initiatives, ensuring efficient administrative management, and contributing to the seamless execution of HR activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A minimum of a National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Learning & Development and Organizational Development.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (including V-lookups and Pivot tables).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (experience with Sage/VIP systems is advantageous).
- Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
