The Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority (CHIETA) is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for the Administration Internship 2025/2026.

Duration: 24 Months (Fixed-Term Contract)
Monthly Stipend: R7,000
About the CHIETA Administration Internship
This internship programme will expose graduates to various administrative functions in CHIETA, enabling them to gain hands-on experience while supporting skills development initiatives. Successful candidates will assist in data capturing, document control, accreditation processes, and stakeholder liaison, among other responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Diploma (NQF Level 6 equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field with a minimum aggregate of 65%.
- No previous work experience.
- Must reside in Gauteng Province.
- A valid driver’s license (advantageous).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Report writing and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong computer and innovative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture accredited SDP/AC and ARPL data accurately.
- Document control, filing, record-keeping, and document tracking.
- Provide administrative support to specialists and practitioners.
- Support accreditation and RPL monitoring processes and prepare reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage skills development activities in assigned organisations.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
