About the Programme
The CIPC Graduate Internship Programme is a 24-month initiative aimed at empowering unemployed graduates by offering them hands-on experience to complement their academic qualifications.
Interns will gain exposure to public service operations and enhance their practical knowledge through mentorship and on-the-job training.
Stipend: R12 000 per month

Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen, aged 18–35 years.
- Must be unemployed and have never participated in an internship programme before.
- Must hold a relevant degree or diploma in the required field.
- Must be available to work full-time for the 24-month duration.
