Qualifications
A relevant National Diploma in Financial Management / Accounting/ Commerce; or Equivalent Qualification and Computer literacy (MS Office).
Experience
- No experience required.
- Knowledge and scope of work: Assists in performing well defined Budget and Reporting tasks under supervision.
Responsibilities
Summary of the core functions:
- Generating and analyzing reports,
- Taking notes during meetings,
- Preparing statements,
- Entering data into the financial system of the municipality,
- Developing and utilizing spreadsheets and other computer applications, and
- Assisting with audits.
