About the PIC Graduate Development Programme
The Public Investment Corporation Graduate Development Programme is a structured workplace development initiative designed to support the transition of graduates from academic study into professional careers within the asset and investment management sector.
Participants will receive targeted learning interventions, practical on-the-job experience, mentorship and exposure to relevant business functions within the PIC.
The programme aims to equip graduates with technical knowledge, professional capabilities and practical industry experience.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have completed or be studying towards a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification at an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Have achieved a minimum overall academic average of 60% in their completed qualification.
- Have not previously participated in a similar graduate programme.
- Have a strong interest in working within financial services, particularly asset and investment management.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must also meet the qualification requirements for the specific internship stream they wish to apply for.
