About the YES Programme
The Youth Employment Service (YES) is a public-private initiative aimed at creating work opportunities for unemployed youth in South Africa. Successful candidates will be placed in Eskom Operations across various divisions for structured on-the-job learning.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (post-matric certificate/programme advantageous)
- Should not have been permanently employed for more than one year with the same employer
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment
- Should not have participated in the YES initiative before
