About the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme
eThekwini Municipality, through grant funding, offers this in-service training opportunity to TVET College students who have completed their N6 and require 18 months of workplace exposure in order to graduate. The programme is designed to help students gain the practical skills required in the public administration field.
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Reside within the eThekwini Municipality area
- Hold a completed N6 Certificate in Public Management or Public Administration (minimum 240 credits)
- Not have participated in any Government or Private Sector WIL Programme for 12 months or more
Additional Notes:

- Employment Equity principles will be applied during recruitment
