About the Feltex Millwright Apprenticeship

Feltex is offering a 4-year Millwright Apprenticeship Programme aimed at developing skilled artisans within the automotive manufacturing industry.

This programme combines technical training, workplace experience, and MERSETA-accredited development to prepare apprentices for successful careers in industrial maintenance and manufacturing.

Apprentices will receive practical exposure to high-volume production lines and advanced industrial equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science

OR

  • N3 qualification with:
    • Electrical/Fitter Trade Theory
    • Mathematics
    • Engineering Science

Training and Development

The apprenticeship programme includes:

  • MERSETA apprenticeship contract
  • Electrical and Fitter training at an accredited training centre
