Graduates are placed within specific business units across retail and commercial banking segments, including:
- Credit analytics
- Product development
- Process and technology development
- Financial analysis
- Fraud and risk analysis
- Customer experience and usability
- Brand and financial management
Graduates work full-time and participate in:
- Monthly structured training sessions
- An action learning project
- Ongoing development initiatives
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have strong academic results (Academic transcript required).
- Be completing their final year of a relevant university qualification.
- Be studying within BSc or Commerce faculties, particularly in:
- Actuarial Science
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Engineering
- Physics
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Chemistry
- Data Science
- UX (Usability & Customer Experience)
- Or related fields
- Demonstrate a strong analytical and numerical mindset.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
