Graduates are placed within specific business units across retail and commercial banking segments, including:

  • Credit analytics
  • Product development
  • Process and technology development
  • Financial analysis
  • Fraud and risk analysis
  • Customer experience and usability
  • Brand and financial management

Graduates work full-time and participate in:

  • Monthly structured training sessions
  • An action learning project
  • Ongoing development initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Have strong academic results (Academic transcript required).
  • Be completing their final year of a relevant university qualification.
  • Be studying within BSc or Commerce faculties, particularly in:
    • Actuarial Science
    • Mathematics
    • Statistics
    • Engineering
    • Physics
    • Information Systems
    • Computer Science
    • Chemistry
    • Data Science
    • UX (Usability & Customer Experience)
    • Or related fields
  • Demonstrate a strong analytical and numerical mindset.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
