Job Purpose: The role involves providing telephonic or other media-based customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls and queries in adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Comply with regulations, governance requirements, and adhere to processes and procedures.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Resolve customer queries effectively and provide product/service information.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a call centre environment.
• Experience in long-term insurance customer service.
• Handling client queries via email or telephone regarding policy amendments.
