About the Fraser Alexander HR Graduate Programme
Fraser Alexander is offering two HR Graduate opportunities aimed at providing unemployed graduates with advanced workplace learning and practical experience in the Human Resources field.
Successful graduates will gain exposure to different areas of the HR management function while working within an international organisation.
Fraser Alexander provides services to the mining industry, including mineral processing, tailings dam construction and tailings management.
Programme Overview
Successful graduates will receive practical workplace exposure in areas including:
- Recruitment and selection.
- Policy conceptualisation, design and implementation.
- Human Resources administration.
- Employee lifecycle management.
- Employee and labour relations management.
- Benefits administration and management.
- Stakeholder and customer engagement.
- HR information systems.
- HR analytics.
- HR reporting.
The programme is intended to provide graduates with broad HR experience in a dynamic and challenging working environment.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a:
- BA/BCom (Honours) in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences.
Requirements

- Be medically fit.
- Be an unemployed graduate.
- Not have previously been employed.
- Not have previously participated in a similar Graduate Programme.
- Be prepared to be deployed anywhere in South Africa where there is a business need.
