Programme Overview
The FSCA Wealth Management Learnership Programme is a 12-month structured programme designed to equip matriculants with practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the financial services sector.
This programme focuses on developing future professionals in wealth management and financial advisory services, while supporting the FSCA’s mission to promote fair financial practices and protect consumers.
What the Programme Offers
Successful learners will:
- Receive formal training in wealth management
- Gain workplace experience in FSCA business units
- Work under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Participate in structured, competency-based learning
- Develop skills for entry-level roles in financial services
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen (valid ID required)
- Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership before
- Must have a strong interest in the financial services sector
Added Advantage
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication skills

Duration and Stipend
