The following Internship opportunites are open for applications:
Sales Support Intern (Learner):
Responsibilities will include:
- Actively creating new sales opportunities for Hardware products and
associated services for selected customers in the assigned territory
via telephone and email, responsible for end to end hardware
portfolio revenue/margin for these accounts. - Proactive coverage for customers in assigned territory to expand HP
Share of Wallet by generating incremental business in non-HP accounts
(hunting). - Pipeline management & forecast for own set of accounts.
- Follow HP processes with HP back office sales support for
quotations, configurations, sales comp calculation, delivery, order
management requirements, exceptions. - Engage office-based, Field Sales, Global Account Manager, Specialist and presales as appropriate.
Junior Value Area Category Intern (Learner):
Responsibilities will include:
- Creation and management of Order processing guidelines
- Supporting the team with reporting, processes, and data management, communication
- Progressing towards Junior category manager role to be manage Profit and Loss statement of a given product line
- Competitive intelligence
Executive Personal Assistant Intern (Learner):
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling of diary/arranging meetings for Country Managing Director
- Arranging travel (International and National)
- Arranging of conferences and Meeting packs if needed
- Client liaison on behalf of Country Managing Director
- Making sure there is business fluidity – taking care of the
office functions e.g Stationary for office, creating of purchase orders
for vendors, etc. - Expense claims
- Keeping confidentiality at all levels
Retail Marketing Intern (Learner) :
Responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders for Print Trade Marketing activities
- POE collection for co-marketing activities
- Consolidation of Trade Marketing activities in a ppt
- Scorecard production for experience stores in SA
- Check & chase competition report, incl online retailers
- Consolidate information to share with retailers (pictures, videos, messaging, features & benefits)
- Weekly tracking of online campaigns at all retailers doing digital
- Dashboard analysis to the management
Education:
- Enrolled in University.
