- Grade 1: R307,473 – R356,832 per annum
- Grade 2: R375,480 – R435,759 per annum
- Grade 3: R451,533 – R570,273 per annum
- Other Benefits: Optional Medical Aid, Housing Allowance (subject to meeting prescribed requirements), 13th Cheque, 12% Rural Allowance

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma or B Degree in Nursing, or an equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse with Midwifery.
- Registration: Current registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse with Midwifery.
- Experience:
- Grade 1: No experience required.
- Grade 2: Minimum of 10 years of appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC.
- Grade 3: Minimum of 20 years of appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC.
- Additional Requirements: A Certificate of Service from current and previous employers (stamped and signed by the Human Resource Department) will be required if shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide optimal, holistic nursing care in a multidisciplinary team.
- Handle obstetric and pediatric emergencies, as well as high-risk conditions.
- Ensure the provision of quality patient care by setting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and supervise resources (human, financial, and materials) effectively.
- Implement infection control protocols and saving mothers, saving babies recommendations.
- Contribute to quality improvement programs and hospital audits.
- Maintain professional growth, ethical standards, and participate in policy formulation.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment as per the Nursing Act.
