Market Theatre Foundation invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2022 / 2023.

The Market Theatre Foundation in partnership with Yes4Youth have the opportunity to offer 16 currently unemployed young people from previously disadvantaged communities the opportunity to rejoin the workforce through a sponsored internship programme.
The 16 successful applicants will have a 12 month fixed contract at R5000 p.m. which will them to benefit from being associated with and gaining hands on experience at the prestigious and world renowned cultural institution in the Market Theatre Foundation as well as a dynamic, innovative and lateral thinking creative. By taking up the various internship positions offered by the Market Theatre Foundation the successful interns will work with interesting colleagues, learn a wide range of skills that will provide invaluable work experience and possibly connect with people who could offer future permanent career opportunities in the creative arts industries – as well as in alternate career fields.
