KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for monthly payroll
• Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Department Head timeously
• Processing of monthly input accurately and on time
• Capturing of training and Disciplinaries on the HR System
• Generate various reports as required e.g. overtime, annual leave, sick leave training
• Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
• Assist with medical queries, loan applications etc.
• Ensure that all HR administration for Retirement Fund home loans / Beneficiary forms/ Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time
• Assist with Ad hoc HR duties as required
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook) Knowledge of Labour Law Legislations
• Ability to work under pressure
• People Management skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
