Mthashana TVET College has announced funded In-Service Training Opportunities for N6 graduates.

The programme is funded by ETDP SETA and is designed to help N6 graduates gain the workplace experience required to qualify for their National Diplomas.

Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of R4 000 for the duration of the programme.

Added Advantage for Host Employer Applicants

Applicants who already have a confirmed host employer will have an added advantage.

This means graduates who have already identified a workplace willing to host them for experiential training may improve their chances of selection.

Stipend

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R4 000.

The stipend is intended to support participants with basic expenses while they gain practical workplace experience.

Over the 18-month duration, participants may receive a total stipend value of approximately R72 000.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform duties assigned by their supervisors and mentors.

Duties may include completing workplace-based learning activities and participating in departmental projects.

Candidates may also perform administrative or technical tasks relevant to their qualification.
