These roles focus on end-to-end administrative and coordination support, with strong emphasis on reporting, stakeholder engagement, governance support, and presentation/document preparation.

1) Learner – Trainee Human Resources (Bayobab)
What you’ll do (high level)
You’ll support the function through admin, coordination, reporting, and documentation—helping the team run smoothly and stay aligned to strategy.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting strategic and ad hoc stakeholder meetings
- Preparing documents for sign-off / decision-making
- Typing and formatting reports, status and progress updates
- Helping with risk mitigation inputs and basic controls support
- Researching content and building/editing presentations (quality assurance to corporate standards)
- Coordinating information for performance reporting and following up with relevant parties
- Assisting with knowledge base content and helping staff find documents / answer FAQs
- General admin, planning, organising, and coordination tasks
2) Learner – Trainee Corporate Affairs (Bayobab) – Roodepoort, Gauteng
This role has a similar structure and focuses on supporting the Corporate Affairs function with the same kind of admin, reporting, coordination, documentation, governance support, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include
- Stakeholder meeting support and coordination
- Document preparation, reporting, and progress tracking
- Presentation research, layout, editing, and quality assurance
- Supporting governance updates and policy/strategy documentation
- Admin support, planning, organising, and tracking deliverables
Minimum Requirements (Both Roles)
Education
- A relevant 3- or 4-year degree, or a 3- or 4-year diploma
Experience
- 0–2 years work experience
Competencies (important)
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong time management and prioritisation
- Problem-solving within procedures
- Professional, responsive, accurate, deadline-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Other requirements
