How to Register Online for 2025
Follow these simple steps to complete your registration:
Step 1: Access the Online Registration Portal
- Visit the Nelson Mandela University Online Registration Page.
- Click on “Register Now” to get started.
Step 2: Login or Request a PIN
- If you already have a PIN, simply enter it to log in.
- If you don’t have a PIN, click on the Request a PIN link and follow the on-screen instructions.
- The PIN will be sent to your Nelson Mandela University email address. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Step 3: Accept the Declaration
- Once logged in, select “Register Now” on the left side of your screen.
- Read the declaration carefully and click on “I Accept” to acknowledge the terms and conditions.
- You must complete this step before proceeding with your registration.
Step 4: Complete NSFAS Accommodation Indication
- If you are applying for NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) accommodation, select your option and click Submit.
- If you’re not applying for NSFAS accommodation, simply skip this step.
Step 5: Enter Qualification Information
- Your qualification details for 2025 will be displayed.
- Select your employment status from the provided options.
- Click Save and Continue to proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Choose Your Modules
- The list of modules for your qualification will appear.
- From the text box on the left, select the modules you wish to register for.
- Important: You may only register for 120 credits or the total credits for your program for the specific academic year.
- Once you’ve selected your modules, click Save and Continue.
Step 7: Confirm and Finalize Your Registration
- Review your selected modules, and click Continue to proceed.
- Confirm the registration of your modules by selecting “I Accept”.
- Once confirmed, click Accept Registration to finalize your registration.
Step 8: Download Your Proof of Registration
- Once your registration is complete, your proof of registration will be displayed on the screen.
- Be sure to download or save this document for future reference.
