This internship opportunity is designed to offer aspiring individuals exposure to various facets of the healthcare sector, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
An IT intern is responsible for providing technical assistance to staff and customers on hardware and software-related issues, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting any issues, following established procedures and processes for computer maintenance, providing training and support to team members on the use of computer systems and software, performing system backups and maintaining accurate records, researching and recommending solutions for technical problems.
Education
- · Matric or related NQF level qualification
- · Relevant IT Qualification
- · This is an entry level 1 year internship
Knowledge
- · Good Speaking and technical knowledge.
- · Strong understanding of computer systems
- · Good networking and wireless knowledge
- · Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge
- · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- · Must have own reliable transport
