Requirements:
- A completed three year degree or a diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent NQL level 7 qualification.
- Minimum of 1 Human Resource generalist experience
- Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent Management, Transformation, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisation Design and Ree-engineering, IR and Performance Management.
- Knowledge of all relevant Labour Relations Legislation
- Intermediate Courier Literacy
