Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Capital Graduate Trainee will be responsible for:
- Actively participating in recruitment processes, including posting jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests, scheduling interviews, and entering data into the Human Capital Management System.
- Managing, creating, and updating recruitment-related content on various platforms, including external sourcing channels like Facebook groups and LinkedIn.
- Assisting in building a passive candidate pipeline to expand Talent Pools.
- Involvement in the Group’s activities such as career fairs at universities and schools and other events related to recruitment and employer branding.
- Undertaking any other talent acquisition tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements: To be eligible for the Human Capital Graduate Trainee Programme, candidates should have one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology (BCom): Human Resource Management (Required)
- Bachelor of Human Resources Management (BHRM): Human Resource Management (Required)
