About Pick n Pay Stores: Pick n Pay Stores Limited operates in the retail sector across the African continent. It has expanded its presence since 1967 and now has stores in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, Mauritius, Swaziland, and Lesotho. Additionally, Pick n Pay holds a 49% share in the Zimbabwean supermarket business, TM Supermarkets.
Job Purpose: Pick n Pay is looking for talented learners who are eager to learn from their experienced team of professionals. This learnership programme is available for those interested in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, and HR Workplace Experience positions in the retail industry. The program aims to identify and develop future leaders, providing them with valuable experience and skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: Candidates are expected to demonstrate professional values and attitudes, along with the ability to integrate technical competence with various aspects of the value creation process.
Requirements:
- Available to complete an 18-month learnership
- Specialization in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Business Management
- Certified copy of ID attached to the application
- Certified Copy of N6 certificate attached to the application

- Competency-based interviews will be conducted to assess the above requirements.
