PIC Graduate Development Programme 2026 / 2027
The Public Investment Corporation is offering a structured Graduate Development Programme aimed at helping high-potential graduates transition from academic study into professional careers within the asset and investment management sector.
The programme combines targeted learning, practical workplace exposure, mentorship and experience across relevant PIC business functions.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have completed or be studying towards at least an NQF Level 7 qualification from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Candidates must also:
- Have achieved a minimum overall academic average of 60%.
- Have no previous participation in a similar graduate programme.
- Have a strong interest in financial services, particularly asset and investment management.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Corporate Finance Internship
