Rand Mutual Assurance invites applicants to apply for the 2024 Internship Programme based in Parktown Johannesburg. The duration of this Internship programme is 12 months and will commence in January 2024.
Rand Mutual assurance aims to provide opportunities for qualifying candidates to gain skills, knowledge, and experience, whilst at the same time, positioning the successful incumbents for active and meaningful participation in the labour market.

- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Organizational Effectiveness Intern
- Honours in Industrial Psychology
Strategy Business Integration Intern
- B. Com/Business Admin degree with a focus on Strategy being a plus
Junior Quality Assurer Intern
- BSc Industrial Engineering
- or National Diploma: Industrial Engineering
Human Resources Intern
- Degree / National Diploma in: Human Resources Management
Claims Management Life Intern
- Higher Certificate or Diploma in Business Management
