The Road Accident Fund is inviting applications from unemployed graduates for the Facilities Internship Programme based in Cape Town.
This internship opportunity is aimed at young graduates who want to gain work-based experience in facilities management, logistics, fleet administration, asset management and general administration.

The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience.
The Facilities Internship Programme will run for a period of 18 months.
Successful applicants will be required to participate in work-based learning and support different functions within the Facilities environment.

Purpose of the Internship
The purpose of the internship is to provide unemployed graduates with practical workplace experience in the field of Facilities and Logistics Management.
The programme is open to unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 25.
A verification process will be conducted to confirm whether applicants have previous work experience anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
Work-Based Exposure
Successful interns may gain exposure to the following duties:
Issuing of fleet vehicles.
Reporting on fleet matters.
Ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
Booking fleet services.
General administration.
Assisting with asset administration.
Updating the asset register on SAP.
Physical barcoding of assets.
Issuing of barcodes.
Managing stock and payments.
Receiving goods on SAP for payment purposes.
Monthly inventory of stock.
Assisting with maintenance matters and liaising with the landlord.
Compiling summaries of water and electrical consumption and comparing them to meter readings.
Qualifications and Requirements

Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
B Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Logistics Management or related field.
Certified copy of ID.
Certified copy of academic transcript.
