Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Supply Chain Management Degree
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Assisting the Purchasing Team in the efficient and cost-effective flow of raw materials to manufacturing and service processes.
- Purchasing mechanical parts from local suppliers.
- Managing purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Overseeing the total inquiry tender process.
- Identifying supply risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensuring the uninterrupted supply of goods and services.
- Managing supplier performance.
- Minimizing aging stocks.
- Processing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests.
- Assisting the Procurement group’s leader in managing the group.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- General filing.
- Assisting the Purchasing department with ad-hoc duties.
