How APS is Calculated at Univen
Univen uses a weighted APS scoring system based on your marks.
APS Conversion Table
| Grade | Percentage | APS Score |
|---|---|---|
| A+ | 90–100% | 9.0 – 10 |
| A | 80–89% | 8.0 – 8.9 |
| B | 70–79% | 7.0 – 7.9 |
| C | 60–69% | 6.0 – 6.9 |
| D | 50–59% | 5.0 – 5.9 |
| E | 40–49% | 4.0 – 4.9 |
| F | 30–39% | 0 |
| G | 0–29% | 0 |
Example APS Calculation
If your results are:
- English: 65% → 6.5
- Mathematics: 70% → 7.0
- Life Sciences: 60% → 6.0
- Geography: 55% → 5.5
- Business Studies: 68% → 6.8
- Physical Sciences: 72% → 7.2
Total APS:
6.5 + 7.0 + 6.0 + 5.5 + 6.8 + 7.2 = 39 APS
