External Invigilator Vacancies 2026
Rate:
- R255.30 per session

Minimum Requirements (Invigilators)
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- N6 Certificate or National N Diploma in Business/Engineering or relevant qualification
- Must be unemployed or retired (teachers/lecturers encouraged)
- Medically fit (able to stand/walk during exams)
- No criminal record
- Must be trustworthy (sign non-disclosure agreement)
- Not currently in a Learnership/Internship
- Preference for WESTCOL graduates
Key Responsibilities (Invigilators)
- Supervise and manage examination sessions
- Distribute and collect exam materials
- Ensure compliance with examination regulations
- Maintain discipline and professionalism during exams
- Work flexible hours (07:00 – 18:00 sessions)
Tutor Opportunities 2026 (Business & Engineering Studies)
Stipend:
- R150.00 per session

Minimum Requirements (Tutors)
- Must have passed all subjects with a minimum average of 60%
- Must be a former student (unemployed)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Computer literacy (subject relevant)
Tutor Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist students with academic work and exam preparation
- Explain concepts and support learning
- Work with lecturers/mentors
- Monitor student progress
- Maintain records and submit reports
- Track attendance and performance
