Key areas of responsibility:
• Provide recruitment administrative support to HRBP & HRM
• Scheduling of interviews and assessments for candidates
• Ensure the new employee information pack is completed and accurate information provided to Payroll
• Capture all new employee information onto the WINGS, SHARE and/or VIP system
• Confidential filing and storage of all HR documents
• Update change forms when required
• Administrative support such as typing, filing
• Administer new employees, movements and exits on the HR system
• Provide monthly reporting to HRM
• Scheduling of disciplinary hearings, grievances etc. when necessary
• Coordinate and manage all employee wellness events
• Place orders for PPE
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s in Human Resource or BSC Hons qualification is an advantage
• 0 – 1 year experinece in FMCG
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High level of integrity
• Ability to maintain confidential information
