N2 Certificate with one of the four subjects being the relevant Trade Theory.

Short-listed candidates will be required to undergo the following prior to final selection:
Certificate of Fitness
Technical aptitude evaluation
Training will be over a 3-year period, which will also entail ±16 to 20 weeks per year at an accredited Mining Qualifications Training Centre as determined by Kimberley Underground Mine JV.

Short-listed candidates will be required to attend a panel interview. Employment of the successful candidate is subject to the aforementioned criteria. Preference will be given to candidates who reside within our host labour sending area of Frances Baard District Municipality (proof of residence may be requested).
