As an IT Technical Support Intern at SITA, you will be part of be a part of a team based at Kempton Park, Johannesburg, where you will play a critical role in assisting our team of professionals in providing technical support to our valued customers and to the business within the wider SITA organisation. Qualifications
To be eligible for our programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
•Must be a South African citizen
•Age should be between 18 and 29.
•Possession of a Standard 10/Grade 12 Matric Certificate is mandatory.
•While not mandatory, it would be advantageous if you have completed or are currently pursuing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Applicants must not be currently employed.
•6 – 12 months working experience.
•A clean criminal record is required.
•Proficient basic computer skills are essential.
Skills Competencies:
•Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
