Qualifications/Recognition of Prior Learning, Work Experience
Qualifications/Recognition of Prior Learning equivalent
- A post Matric Diploma would be preferable – could be in business administration/ finance/ internal audit/ compliance/law.
Work Experience
- Office support / administrator. Data gathering and capturing.
This does not mean filing – more professional support experience.
Skills:
- Strong command of the English language both verbal and written
- Good technical skills: Excel, Word, etc.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and Administrative skills
- Diligent with an ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborator with good communication skills and ability to adapt to fast paced environment with sudden or unexpected changes
Competencies
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
- Detail and result oriented with the ability to problem solve
- Must be responsible with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Team player but also be able to work independently
- Must be commercially aware
- Flexible and adaptable
Eligibility:
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract
- You must be unemployed and have never completed a YES internship before
- Availability to start on November 1, 2024
