The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for Part-Time Interpreter positions in the Northern Cape Province. These are Independent Contractor opportunities based in Kimberley, Kuruman, and Springbok. Successful candidates will support CCMA Commissioners by facilitating interpretation during hearings and performing basic administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- National Diploma in Labour-Related Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of relevant labour legislation and recent amendments
Languages Required
- Kimberley Office: English, Afrikaans, Setswana, isiXhosa (Khoisan is an added advantage)
- Kuruman Office: English, Afrikaans, Setswana, isiXhosa
- Springbok Office: English, Afrikaans, Setswana, isiXhosa
Key Responsibilities
- Provide verbal interpretations during CCMA hearings
- Offer administrative support services
- Contribute to smooth facilitation of CCMA activities
Daily Rate
- R970.84 per day
