About the Programme
This NQF Level 3 Learnership Programme is designed for individuals who are passionate about mechanical or electrical trades. The programme provides structured training in various production, safety, and mechanical disciplines, preparing learners for potential future roles in manufacturing and maintenance.
Training Modules Include:
- Working in a team environment
- Using safety hand tools
- Interpreting assembly & manufacturing drawings
- Marking off and welding
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Surface preparation techniques
- Firefighting basics
- Operations and product dispatch
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess one of the following:
- National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6)
- Matric or Technical Matric with:
- Mathematics & Physical Science OR
- Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory, Mechanical Trade Theory, Motor Trade Theory, Mechanical Drawing, or Graphical Design
