About the Liberty Learnership
Liberty’s Learnership Programme introduces new talent to the organisation and the financial sector, with a focus on professionalism, compliance, and customer-centric service. Learners will gain practical work experience while completing one of the following fully accredited qualifications:
- Wealth Management – NQF Level 5
- Insurance Underwriting – NQF Level 4
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be aged 18–35 years
- Be currently unemployed
- Have passed Matric with English and Mathematics
- Business Studies and Economics are advantageous
- Not be registered on any other internship or learnership
- Not have completed a tertiary qualification
- Reside in Johannesburg
Minimum Experience
- 0–1 year experience in a similar environment
